Our Family – Markus & Patricia Luttinger
Hello and a very warm welcome!
Our house has a long family tradition: Markus’ mother had it built in 1969, and it has been cared for with attention ever since. Since 2016, Markus has continued the business, today together with Patricia.
We personally look after our guests, share honest tips for Bichlbach and the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena, and give you the freedom of an uncomplicated self-catering stay.

Our Common Room – A Place to Relax and Enjoy
Our common room invites you to linger – a cozy space to relax, read a book, or chat with fellow guests. The bright, wood-paneled room currently offers comfortable seating, a satellite TV, and a traditional tiled stove that radiates pleasant warmth in winter upon request (with advance notice).
Sat-TV, games and the small bar make the room a pleasant place to gather after a day in the mountains. In winter, the tiled stove adds extra warmth on request.
